Why our nutrition & diet is so important?
Good nutrition has a direct impact on your overall health and quality of life. When you follow a healthy diet that consists of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, you aren’t just satisfying your hunger—you’re nourishing your body too. Although it’s okay to indulge once in a while (we’ve all been there!), it’s crucial to keep track of what you eat so you can maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The choices you make when you eat don’t affect just one part of your body—like your stomach. There’s your heart, your brain and your skin to consider, too. Good nutrition can benefit you on many levels. It’s one of the best ways to improve your health and your quality of life. And that’s important.
Firstly, I want you to know I’m just like you. The reason why I follow this path is through personal experiences with my own health and the health of my children and family. And like you, I want the best for those around me. I have worked with numerous women to help and support them rebalance their health and transform their lives.
I am an Integrative Health Coach, Food over Medicine Coach, workshop facilitator, help with stress management, podcast presenter, nature lover, traveller, outdoor enthusiast, a wife and mother of three children. I am also the founder of In8lyGood Nutrition and Wellness, a practice dedicated to providing education, knowledge and products for optimum health.
